Ronald S. Morton is the owner and president of Morton Construction Company and Seminole Landscaping, Inc., founded in 1998 and 1971, respectively. As a diligent and devoted worker, Ron has created a company that is well-known in the Central Florida area. He is a hands on manager who is heavily focused on the work he produces. In the rare free time he has, Ron enjoys sailing, fishing, snow skiing and working on his street rods. He resides in Sanford with his loving wife and is most proud of his two sons who are graduates of the University of Florida.

Janie Morton is the owner and Corporate Secretary/Treasurer of Morton Construction Company and Seminole Landscaping, Inc. With a background in banking, a head for business and an eye for detail, Janie is the brains behind the company's daily operations - from managing payroll to coordinating accounts. Working together, Janie has helped Ron create a company proud of the work it produces. She enjoys each day to its fullest by working hard, yet always making time for some fun in the sun. It could be sailing or lazing on the beach with a good book. But, most important to her, is spending time with her husband and two sons.

Josh Morton is a project manager with Morton Construction Company. He holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida and is currently pursuing his Masters of Science in Building Construction. From operating heavy equipment to managing subcontractors, Josh has a wide range of knowledge. This, combined with his education, gives him the ability to ensure quality work to clients. As an avid golfer, Josh enjoys playing at local courses with his twin brother, who also shares his love for the game.

Bob is the construction manager for Morton Construction with an expertise in all aspects of the construction field. Bob has an Associates Degree in Construction Estimating and Cabinetry. Bob has a strong background in construction and an ability to organize and implement effective operational procedures by paying particular attention to the details. Bob was responsible for supervising the construction of New York’s DEP facilities and coordinating construction and the strict quality control standards of the  Army Corp of Engineers. In Bob’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating and other outdoor recreational activities.
